Take Two! Consignment Sale Seller Agreement
I, the (“Seller”), hereby acknowledge, understand and agree that by registering
online for the Take Two! Consignment Sale,for the sale of my women's clothing to be sold at
the Take Two! Consignment Sale,
I will adhere to the following rules:
• A $6.00 participation fee will be collected during the online registration via PayPal.
You can pay the fee with any major credit or debit card. You do not have to have a
PayPal account.
• Seller receives 60% and Take Two! receives 40% of sales prices if itmes are received tagged.(Seller receieves 40% and Take Two! receives 60% of sales prices if items are received untagged.)
• All clothes for this particular sale are season appropriate, clean, & gently worn. Any
clothes that Take Two! determines are not consignable will be returned to me at
receiving.
• Take Two! reserves the right to remove/reject certain items. (i.e. off-brand clothes,
badly worn, stained clothing.)
• I must have a minimum of 10 items to sell in order to participate.
• Only items prepared and labeled according to the Take Two! Guidelines will be
offered for purchase at the sale.
• All Items unsold that do not have donated tags will be picked up by
Seller or his/her designee on a date Sunday, Oct. 9, 2011 from 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.
• All items not picked up by 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 9, 2011 will become the property of Take Two Consignment, LLC.
.• Take Two! Consignment and their employees, volunteers, agents and assigns, will not be responsible for any items misplaced or damaged incident to the Sale;
This agreement is now part of the new online registration process and must be accepted by
typing “Yes” at the designated time in the online registration process before you may participate.
